Getting started with your account is easy:
Step 1 - Following the on-screen instructions, enter your First Name, Last Name and Chosen Email and password combination.
Step 2 - Now you need to link your card. When registering your card a £1 verification fee is required but you will instantly receive v£1 back into your V£ account, meaning it is essentially free to join! We accept all Visa and Mastercard. By linking your card you can get bigger V£s, at more places, than any other programme. Plus your collected V£s are on top of any other V£s your bank provides
Step 3 - Your account is now up and running, but please remember you need to verify your phone number for added security. To do this you need to go to ‘Account’ and from here you will see ‘Action needed’. Adding your phone number is quick and easy, all you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions and enter your phone number and a code will be sent to your phone. Once you’ve entered your code your number will be verified.
We have multiple ways in which you can collect v£s from thousands of places. We have card-linked and gift card brands. Each brand's offer will be displayed on the page for you, and its current V£ rate will also be displayed for you to see before purchase. You can also collect v£s when topping up your available balance for use against gift card purchases within the app or where you see the ‘Redeem v£’ QR code at the retailer's point of sale.
Gift cards - Buy any featured gift card and receive free v£s, or redeem any v£s you’ve collected against any featured gift card.
Card-Linked Offers - Collect free v£s automatically at businesses which display the card-linked offer icon within the app when using your registered card.
Add to your balance - Buy v£s in advance to get more bang for your buck! You can even request and send v£s to friends and family.
V£s are digital discount vouchers.
Using Swipii, you can collect v£s for free and then use them to reduce your bill in store, online or against any featured gift card. They’re not cashback, not e-money and not a prepaid value which means they are not exchangeable for cash. You can use these at thousands of places with a range of featured gift card and card-linked offers available for you.
If you need to update your details in the app, simply request the changes from our customer service team who will assist you (support@swipii.com). When contacting us, please provide your customer account number (Single.id) so we can locate your account and look into your query more quickly. You can find your Single.id in the 'Account' section of the app. This 12 character identification is displayed below your name and is a combination of letters and numbers in the following format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.

Our team strives to reply to all emails within three working days. To help us assist you more efficiently, kindly provide us with your customer account number (Single.id - see above FAQ for details on where to locate this) when reaching out to us. Please note that sending multiple emails won't necessarily expedite our response time, however, we assure you that we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have forgotten your password you can reset this from the login page. Please ensure you check your junk and spam folders for an email to reset your password.

You can delete your account anytime by going to ‘Account’ and then ‘Settings’ in the app.
A transaction may fail due to technical issues or problems with your bank or payment provider. Check your 'Activity' page to confirm successful purchases. If a transaction fails, you won't receive a gift card or see it in your 'Activity' section, but the funds will automatically revert to your bank account after 24 hours. If you're not sure if your transaction failed, contact customer service for assistance (support@swipii.com).
You can collect instant, automatic and bigger rewards, at more places than any other reward programme within our app. Our offers and featured gift cards can change at any time within the app and/or offers may be withdrawn from time to time. You can check the offers and Vpay page within the app for all current promotions available. If you are topping up your available balance for a specific purchase please ensure you have checked your brand is available beforehand.
From time to time the V£s rates within the app may change for brands. Before completing your purchase you can check the current V£ rate on the brand page. When topping up your available balance within the app the current V£ rate will also be displayed for you before purchase. Before proceeding you will see ‘Get rate’ and this will show you the amount of v£s you will receive for topping up your available balance.
Please remember when using your available v£s in your available balance against a gift card purchase, you will not receive extra v£s on top of this as the V£ was already earned for topping up your balance.
If you encounter a problem with our app, first log out and reinstall it to ensure you have the latest version. Note down your account details before doing this (your Single.id identification can be found in the 'Account' section). If the problem persists, contact customer service with your Single.id and email address. Explain the issue or send a screenshot for faster assistance.
When you register your card we debit a £1 card verification fee to check the card is yours, we then credit your balance with v£1 which can be instantly redeemed at a merchant of your choice on the app meaning it is essentially free to join!

You will receive your v£s within minutes of your transaction.
You can invite friends to use Swipii via the 'Account' section in the app. Simply click 'Invite a friend' and you can either share an invite link with them or select the friend you would like to invite from your contacts list. This will automatically generate a text message that includes a link for them to follow to download the app.

Purchasing a gift card is quick and easy. When you're on the app you need to select the merchant you’d like to purchase a gift card from. This can be done from the ‘Offers’ page or our main ‘V Pay’ button. On either of these pages, you can search or scroll to find the merchant you’d like to shop with. Merchants who offer gift cards will display the gift card icon .
Once selected you need to continue to the payment page. Enter the price of the gift card that you would like to purchase where it says ‘How much is your bill?’
Once you have done this you can choose your payment method. If you have an available balance available from collecting V£s or from topping this up you can use this by selecting ‘Use v£ to discount this price’, please note when using this option you will not collect V£s on any amount which has used your v£s. This will be displayed for you before you continue.
If you use your card or Apple/G Pay for the full amount you will earn v£s and this rate will also be displayed for you before you continue.
Before purchasing please ensure you have checked the merchant’s T&Cs which are available from the payment page. All sales are bound by the merchant’s terms and conditions including any exclusions.
Once you have completed your purchase, your gift card will be displayed for you. This is usually instant, but can take longer depending on the brand and your cellular connectivity and you may need to wait a few minutes.
You will then be able to scan your gift card at the till or claim this online. Instructions for each brand are displayed on the gift card. Your gift card can be accessed at any time via the 'Activity' section of the app.
When you open the app and select 'Activity', you can view all purchased gift cards. You can go back to them at any time if you have any balance remaining from this section.
After completing the necessary steps during the purchase, the gift cards are usually displayed instantly. However, in some cases, it may take a few minutes, especially if you're on a shop's Wi-Fi or have poor internet connection. Therefore, you should allow up to 10-15 minutes for the gift card to appear.
If you close the app during the purchase, don't worry. You can check the purchase status by going to ‘Activity’, where you can access all purchases, including any gift cards that you might have purchased with an unused balance.
If you cannot see your gift card in 'Activity', your payment may have failed. Failed payments usually show up as 'pending' with your bank account, but they are automatically refunded. If you are not sure whether your purchase was successful or you face any issues with your gift card, please contact customer service (support@swipii.com).
Every merchant's gift cards are bound by their own terms and conditions of sale. Before purchase, you will see a Terms & Conditions link, please ensure you have checked this before purchasing to ensure the gift card is suitable for you.
All gift cards are bound by the merchant's own terms and conditions, so cancellations are merchant dependent. Please ensure you have checked the terms and conditions for your gift card ahead of your purchase.
In the rare case of a gift card error or problem, we can contact the brand to request a cancellation. Please note that this is at the brand’s discretion and may not be available. If you need help with this please reach out to our customer service team (support@swipii.com).
If you need to return any items after your purchase you will need to follow the return instructions from the brand directly, they will confirm how you will be refunded for a gift card purchase and all returns/refunds are handled by the brand directly.
Once a gift card has been redeemed, your purchase is then with the brand directly and we cannot assist further. Please check their T&Cs for help on returns and refunds of gift card purchases.

We’ve popped some common questions we see and solutions here which might help you in the meantime:
Error message seen when opening gift card - If you see an error message when opening your gift card, in the first instance please try closing your app and then reopening and accessing your gift card. If you still see the error please contact customer service and if possible send over a screenshot.
No V£ rate received - Please remember when purchasing your gift card from your available balance you will not collect further V£s on this as the V£s were already collecte on the vCurrency purchase. If you use part of your available available balance and then pay the remaining balance with your card or Apple/G Pay you will collect the V£ rate on this amount, and this will be displayed on your purchase page. The collected amount will always be displayed before you decide to continue your purchase.
We advise against purchasing a digital gift card with the intention of redeeming it for another gift card, either online or in-store. While it may be possible to do so, this practice is against the terms and conditions of many of the digital gift cards we offer. Furthermore, attempting to exchange one gift card for another could result in the original gift card being voided by the brand. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you use digital gift cards as intended and avoid any unauthorised use.
In cases where the digital gift card has been used in a way that is against the brand’s terms and conditions and the purchase and/or digital gift card has been cancelled no refund will be given.
Your Available balance is the amount of v£s you currently have available. This can be redeemed to reduce your bill in-store, online or against any feature gift card on participating merchants available within our system.
To use your Available Balance on a gift card, select ‘Use v£ to discount this price’ on the payment page. Please note when using this option you will not collect V£s on any amount which has used your v£.
To top up your available balance:
1. Click 'Balance' in the bottom menu.
2. Select the currency you want to purchase, e.g., GBP.
3. Click 'Buy' and enter your spend amount.
4. Choose your payment option and click 'View Rate'.
5. Confirm the purchase, and the v£ will be added to your balance.
You can use your v£s to purchase a gift card from the app by selecting the 'Use v£ to discount this price' option. You can check your transaction history in the app by clicking 'Balance' or 'Activity'.
To see your balance in the app, select ‘Balance’ from the menu at the bottom of the screen. Here you can see your stored vCurrency balance and click on the one you want to look at, this will bring up your transaction history for your vCurrency.
To check your transaction history in the app, select 'Activity' from the menu at the bottom of the screen. Here you can view all of your transactions, including your vCurrency purchases and purchased gift cards.
As soon as you buy vCurrency, your V£s will be added to your available balance. You can always view your successful transactions by heading to the ‘Activity’ page.
If your balance has not topped up your transaction may have failed, this can be for numerous reasons including a technical issue or an issue with your bank. In these cases, the top-up won’t have been issued and you won’t see this in your ‘Activity’ or ‘Balance’ section but you may see a pending transaction on your bank. This will automatically revert after 24 hours and the funds will be returned. If you're unsure if your transaction was successful or if you have an issue with your purchase please contact the customer service team who will be happy to help (support@swipii.com).

Yes. You can remove and change your card at any time, however, a valid payment card is required to use Swipii.
You can pay at an RFD merchant directly with your v£ balance. Paying at an RFD merchant means you won't collect any V£s.
