Q What comes inside the box when I receive it?
A Everything you need to get up and running in less than 15 minutes! Inside your ‘Loyalty Solution in a Box’ you’ll receive the tablet with Swipii already loaded, an iPad charger, a stand to support the iPad, a security locking device, admin card, 300 loyalty cards for your customers including a stand, and some in-store POS. Your account manager will call you at a time convenient to you so you can customise the rewards programme on the iPad.
Q What is a ‘Customer Success Manager‘?
A Every business that joins Swipii has access to a Customer Success Manager who works with you to help increase repeat customer visits and grow revenue. Using their expert knowledge of the marketplace and your customer base, they create and send optimised email campaigns for you that generate revenue and ROI.
Q How long is my Swipii subscription?
A Your Swipii contract agreement duration is 12 months from the date of registering. At the end of the 12 month period, you will auto-renew one year from the date of registration to a 30-day rolling contract.
Q When will my monthly payments be taken?
A Your Direct Debit will be taken automatically each month on the same date of the month that your first payment was taken. For example, if you made your first payment on the 15th August, your next payment will be the 15th September and so on.
Q Do I need to have WiFi to use Swipii?
A Swipii requires an internet connection in order to send your customer check-in data securely back to our servers so we can track and report on performance. If you do not have WiFi we can supply you with a tablet with a 4G sim card at an additional cost of £6 per month.
Q Who owns the customers’ data?
A Swipii collects and owns the customer data to ensure all parties are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998. Swipii Labs is registered as a data controller under the Data Protection Act 1998 with the Information Commissioner’s Office (A1052654) in respect of any personal data provided directly to Swipii by customers. In the event that you collect any personal data directly from customers, you will be deemed the data controller of such personal data and will be under an obligation to comply with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. For the avoidance of doubt, Swipii will not be obliged to provide you with any personal data of customers which would be in breach of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Q Can I cancel my Swipii subscription if I change my mind?
A We’d hate to see you change your mind. But your right to cancel starts the moment you place your order and ends 7 days from the date you registered. If you choose to terminate your agreement before the end of the 7 day grace period, you agree to pay £25 + VAT to cover postage and packaging.
Q Is Swipii suitable for my business?
A If you are a brick & mortar business, and need a quick and easy way to collect and track your customer data, and want to reward your customers for their loyalty with offers and promotions so they come back more often, and spend more, then we say yes!
Q Can I use my own tablet?
A Unfortunately not. For security and data protection purposes, we need to have remote access to the tablet 24/7/365 in order to send and receive customer check-in data.
Q Do I own the tablet?
A No. All equipment is owned outright by Swipii and is loaned to you solely for the purpose of using Swipii throughout the term of your contract agreement.

Q Does it cost my business to order new Loyalty Cards?
A Absolutely not. Loyalty cards are free for the lifetime of your contract agreement. You can order more cards from your tablets dashboard.
Q Do you sell customers data to third parties?
A No. Never under any circumstances will Swipii sell, share or rent your customer’s data with any third parties.
Q What’s the cancellation policy?
A Upon cancellation, it is your responsibility that the Swipii iPad installation kit should be returned within 14 days in good working condition. The tablet or tablets are the property of Swipii and if damaged you will be charged £119 + VAT which is stated in clause (“Standard Fees”). Failure to return the Swipii equipment under this agreement for a period of more than 30 days, then Swipii may pass the outstanding matter to a third party company for collection. In addition, you will also be liable for any costs and charges incurred in employing the third party collection company.
